VAT: Swiss VAT not applicable — worldwide turnover below CHF 100,000 (art. 10 LTVA). Not yet registered for EU VAT (OSS non-Union scheme); prices shown are final and no VAT is charged.

Hosting

The service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Run) by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Disputes & applicable law

If something is wrong, contact us first at support@langoust.com — most issues are resolved within a few days. These terms and this site are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may also bring claims before the courts of that country or contact your local consumer-protection authority.
